How did you get your position with Team 24?

I have been w/ team 24 since the beginning. I met Jay and Deb lo those 15 years ago when the theatre was just getting started

Can you describe your job in one sentence?

I have acted,co-directed and costumed some of the first plays. The Cave Dwellers, On the Verge, and The Great Magoo were a few.

What's your favorite part of your role with Team 24? I have been a team teacher and support person in the After Cool program for about 7 years. I have been a part of the Enter Stage Right program since almost the beginning.

My favorite part of being at 24th Street Theatre is seeing the light come on in a child's eyes when theatre speaks to them. When a child 'gets it', it is thrilling.

What's your favorite memory from working at 24th ST?

Favorite memory is tough. Might have to be when a child Diego, who had been in After Cool two years ago, came on an Enter Stage Right field trip and said to me, "It's good to be back." And the next day, his Mom came in and signed him up for After Cool. He also was a part of Summer Cool.

I won't forget that for a long time.

What part of this new season are you most looking forward to experiencing?

I look forward to all of my work at 24th Street. After Cool and Enter Stage Right are a joy and working with the new Lab is very exciting. Creating a theatre piece from scratch is really fun and scary!
